Not a bad day today… Pretty happening but my sunburn is getting from bad to worse! Die, die, die… My face is red and it’s really beginning to hurt… BUT… I’m tough… =)

26th of May 2005 - Woke up early, early, early today with HUGE eyebags (So says Willett, but it ain’t THAT bad… I’m in denial…) from my late night last night, and went straight to Perth Zoo for a visit… Needed a morning boost so I took me a cup of English Breakfast tea at some hut inside… Saw plenty of animals but there were way too many birds for my liking… Know what else I noticed? The "ciao sai" patches on the ground were WAY BIGGER than those in Malaysia! Shit man! Panic attack! Ugh… Anyway, later on Willett, Elaine, my mom and I went for lunch together at this Hong Kong Restaurant in Northbridge… FANTASTIC food man! I ordered some salted fish and chicken fried rice thingy and it was HUGE! Huge but good… Haha… No regrets man… After lunch, we headed off to Corica (this pastry shop) to get apple strudel… According to Willett, it’s damn good… Hmmm… We’ll see…

Anyway, after that we went back to Willett’s place, chatted for awhile and then had a short nap… Not long enough for me though… Eyebags still there… Haha… After getting up, we went for "late night shopping" at Garden City… Notice I put the inverted commas… The place closes at 9pm… And in Aussie land, THAT’s late night… Yeah, whatever… Haha… I bought baju from Esprit and Just Jeans… Haha… Nice long sleeved baby tees… Nice! Two in pink and one in white… I like pink… Pink’s sweet! =) Willett was a dear and carried my bags for me while I shopped… Elaine’s one lucky girl! =) I like the shoes she bought too! (It’s also in pink but that’s not the reason) It’s suede, I think… But I’d look pretty silly in em if I were to walk around in Malaysia… Haha… I can just imagine… Siao… We had dinner there too… Superb lasagna for dinner… Willett says KFC in Australia is better… IT ISN’T! His tastebuds have been compromised… =) Sheesh… Like that he call himself a Penangite ar? No hope, no hope… Mou tak kao…

So anyway, later we came back and watched Lost on tevee while having fresh fruits from the orchard I visited earlier in the week… It was followed by Amazing Race 7… Freaking slow here in Australia man… They’ve still got 8 teams! Shit man! Damn lame la… Haha… Australia’s LOST! Hahaha… American Idol finals tomorrow though… Channel 10… Bo Bice and Carrie Underwood battle it out… *Shiver* May the best voice win! =)

Oh yeah… Johnson came over… Who’s Johnson, you say? *Shouting at the top of my lungs* Willett’s gay partner!HAHAHA… Came over yesterday, came over today… Hmmm… I smell some kiam hoo… Haha… Something fishy’s going on… When Willett sees this, he’s gonna say I’m ruining his life AGAIN… Haha… *Saying to Willett* Peace… =)

23rd of May 2005 - Landed in Perth and honestly, it’s an indescribably boring place… The land is… Bland… That’s the only way to describe it… Bland… No colour, no soul, no life, no aura about it… Nothing! Zilch! Ugh… My flight was Penang-KL-Perth… Haha… After seeing KLIA just before arriving in Perth, Perth airport appeared EXTRA sad… (I’m being mean… I know… But oh well…) Haha… By the way, I had superb prime rib on board… Woo hoo… Anyway, after arriving a family friend picked my mom and I from the airport and we headed for Mandurah… Life here is pretty slow man… No wait… Correction… It’s VERY SLOW… Okui (you know who you are) is faster than this… A bit a bit la… Tough fight… =p Where was I? Oh yeah… So we went down South to Mandurah and spent the night there… It wasn’t really cold but definately colder than Penang… Haha… Okay… DUH… My brain is getting slow here too… Damn… (Willett says it’s "relax, not slow" - I say it’s cos he’s been in Perth too long…) =p Had Chinese tonight at this Hong Kong restaurant… Met this woman named Sally… She was nice… Also, I had wine… Haha… Damn, it was good… Fruit wine mixed with lemonade… Yummy… Took pictures with Sally later on… Went back and slept like a pig all through the night… Oink oink…

24th of May 2005 - Went for a river cruise along Peer Estuary… Beautiful place… Too many birds for my liking though… Plenty of seagulls and one lone pelican… FREAKING BIG BIRD!!! Beh tahan man… Kia si lang… The people there are also freaking rich… The record price for the sale of land is AUD3,072… PER SQUARE METER! Siao man… And most of them don’t even live there! The houses are by the canal… Correction… Their backyards are the canal… Damn! Too much money to burn… Anyway, after that, we had Domino’s for lunch… But but but… We had lunch at a freaking park! With plenty of freaking birds! Damn it! Something happened there but… I’m not saying… Haha… MAKE ME! =p Okay okay… Change subject… After that we went to this really nice couple’s house in the suburbs… The were really siao… We met the husband (Ross) first and when he called out to his wife, he said, "Rosemary! It’s em bloody visitors again!" Haha… Freaking funny man… I loved talking to them… AND I carried a bird on my shoulder! Damn, I’m good… Haha… They had a pet dog that was really a dear… Sigh… Shitzu (however you spell it) I think… Cute, cute, cute! =) Had Chinese again but this time it was Malaysian dishes… Good food with WHITE RICE… =) Had more wine again… Haha… My dad DID ask me to drink plenty… Heh heh… =)

25th of May 2005 - Woke up early, had breakfast and went straight to Dwellingup to see this fella (Greg) at his orchard and winery… He’s starting a cafe there too and (dengan bangganya) tried the first cappucino at his cafe… Uh… I shall not comment… But I did leave him a nice message in his visitor’s log… =) There, we met this funny Aussie pure breed… Born and bred in the great outback… Funny chap… Cracked a lot of jokes… Good one liners… I need to learn me some of those… Need to make sarcasm my forte… =) Later we went to this estate that only cost AUD50,000 for 14 arces of land! Damn! Land is freaking cheap here man… Penang needs more land… Yeah… I say it again… Penang needs more land… Just make sure that land does not go in front of Tari Cafe or it’ll block my sea view… =) Then then then… I came to Willett’s place! Willett’s nice… Elaine’s nice… But Willett’s gay… And Wei Yong thinks we’re fighting… HAHAHA… I hope Wei Yong reads this… Heh heh… He’ll kill me for sure… =) But I don’t care… =p Anyway, we had Vietnamese food for dinner… I had Chicken Rice… And Willett brought me to this XXX shop… HAHAHA… Some good kinky stuff there - police women suits with whips… Stuff like that… There was also a peep show going on… It only costs AUD2! Not bad eh… Now I know what Willett does for fun around here… However, he says it cannot be jumbo women… Haha… (Okay… I know I’m so dead so I better stop talking bad about him… =p) Willett’s preparing for his presentation but he’s actually lazing around drinking wine… No wait… He’s lazing around giving me wine… Haha… Not bad stuff though… Moondah Brooke fruit wine… Hmmm… I really gotta get me some of this fruit wine stuff… Nice and sweet unlike the stuff I often get FORCED to drink back home… Ugh… Anyway, life at Willett’s is good… Very homey and relaxing… =) *P/S: I’m being nice cos he’s next to me… =p* Nah, I mean it… =) I’m nice… =)
